Annabelle Baker Nutrition was founded in 2015 by a driven young Nutritionist. Wishing for a better future for people and their health, Annabelle started educating sport's teams and the local community. Through her success, she grew to provide private consultations, corporate talks, presentations at well-being events, nutritionally balanced menu's for cafe's and has collaborated with industry professionals.

Annabelle believes that fresh, simple and unprocessed ingredients along with education on planning and preparation are the foundations for a well balanced diet and lifestyle.

Annabelle believes that with the right resources and learning material, certain 'Basic' rules can be introduced to achieve optimum nutrition.
Annabelle applies these principles by selecting foods in their basic form. Taking flavors from natures pantry, unmolested by manufacturing processes and combining with some simple and really tasty recipes Annabelle can create a diet plan that satisfies your tastes buds and your bodies needs for good physical health.

Annabelle is an accredited Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) under the Association for Nutrition (AfN). Annabelle has a wealth of knowledge in the field of Nutrition and Sport; A former International Table Tennis athlete with over 15 years experience. Annabelle has been accredited as an Advanced Sport & Exercise Nutrition Advisor (Dip Level 5 & REPS/Skills Active Level 3) which included evidence-based research and theories that the IOC (International Olympic Committee) use in performance nutrition. Annabelle's accreditation's are Oxford Brookes University BSc Hons Nutrition, Bristol Academy of Sport HND Advanced Sport & Exercise Science and REPS Level 2 Gym Instructor.
Annabelle's registration with the AfN ensures we are protecting the public and promoting high standards in evidence-based science and professional practice of nutrition.
Nick Baker BSc Hons
Nick is an accomplished international sportsman and has also coached athletes to numerous gold medals on the world stage. He is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for helping inspire and motivate people to make lasting and significant changes to their lifestyle. Nick is a big believer in getting outdoors and using natures gym - adventures make exercise fun and memorable. He is creative and committed to helping people realise their goals.
